Cancellation Policy
If an appointment needs to be cancelled, 24 Hour notice is mandatory. If not , half of your service fee will be charged.
Late Policy
If you are running late please let your stylist know. Even if it is only a few minutes.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
If you are not asked to reschedule , there may be a $25 dollar late fee added to your service.
These terms are non negotiable.
